- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2½ tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 or so fresh strawberries, diced

Strawberry Cream Cheese Danishes
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2½ tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 or so fresh strawberries diced
Instructions
- Thaw frozen puff pastry in fridge. Keep puff pastry in fridge until ready to use.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll thawed puff pastry onto parchment lined baking sheet. Use cookie cutter or a knife to cut into shape of choice.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whip the ingredients together with a hand held or stand mixer for lighter, whipped texture. Spread a spoonful in the center of each cut pastry, leaving a border of puff pastry around the outer edge.
- Dice strawberries and place them on top of cream cheese mixture of each danish.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, until golden on the edges.
- Enjoy!
